      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'agenzia di reclutamento personale. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso TBC (Juno Beach, FL) nel mese di apr 2018

      Colloquio

      I was contacted by a staffing agency to interview for this role which was looking for an individual with a mix up of business analyst plus business intelligence analyst plus agile experience , scrum master and highly technical ( not just someone who knows sql) but has actually used one BI tool. Interview was with a Senior Business Intelligence Manager.Per inputs received this person was looking to replace a female Indian resource in his team because she conversed in another language with her team members. I got the first hand racist behavior from him in spite of the fact that he himself belongs to a racially oppressed community in America.Also this manager showed a totally racist attitude towards Indian origin candidates interviewing for this role. On the phone interview scheduled, he did not call at the scheduled time 4:30 PM EST on a Friday( note interview was scheduled at the end of the day plus end of the week). So contacted staffing agency to ask about the whereabouts of this scheduled meeting and then after receiving a reminder this manager calls after 45 mins from the scheduled time and starts firing away rapid fire questions without even allowing the individual to complete the response to his prior questions. For face to face interview which was scheduled for a duration of 30 mins, the manager did not show up for the first 20 mins ( this time was being covered by a more warm conversational interaction with one of his team members who introduced himself as a solution architect explaining the needs of the role ). As soon as the manager enters the room , we exchange greetings and shook hands and post this he immediately sanitizes his hand right there in front of me standing which was pretty shocking to me.

      Why did a company let you go if you were so good? Note this question is more off a conclusive statement rather than an inquiry. Had to explain to him that it was a contract job with the prior company that was completed as per agreement and it is not the case that the company let me go as he incorrectly thought so to be. 2) Have you used JIRA? Response provided: “ Yes, we were using JIRA in the previous organization. The manager corrected that he is not asking about the team he is asking specifically to me. Note : This Manager does not like the usage of pronoun “ WE” ( which is reflective of a team player individual) he likes more of a response in the usage of pronoun “ I” ( self - obsessed and self- centric individuals).
