I had an initial interview with the Team Lead. It consisted of a few brief generic interview questions, then some more technical questions, a type speed test, a demonstration that I can lift 50 lbs, and then I was given the chance to ask some questions.
Overall the interview itself was a lot more casual than some interviews I've had. The Team Lead was very friendly and we spent some time just chatting about various techy things.
As the interview ended I was told there would be another interview with the Training Manager but I never heard back from the company which was disappointing.

What do you look for in an employer?
Why should we hire you?
What is a GPU?
How do you troubleshoot a BSoD?
What is the difference between a laptop and a desktop?

The first interview was with the team lead. He was easy to talk to, and still knew his stuff. We laughed, we chatted, and suddenly the interview was complete!
Second interview was with the training mgr - this one was a little more intimidating. The training mgr was very direct, and also asked what I considered the criteria to call an employer "a good company to work for", which caught me off guard in a refreshing kind of way. After all, the word "interview" does imply both parties asking and answering - not just one, right?
After lifting a 50 lb weight to demonstrate the relevant ability, I was presented with a small desktop with the cover removed. After being instructed that the machine had been purposefully "broken", I was to restore its function, for which I would be timed. Nothing too unusual or tough - an ATX cable harness loose here, a SATA cable disconnected there, and I had it running as instructed in less than ten minutes.

What makes a company a good company to work for?
How much do you know computers? From where does this knowledge come? (ie personal experience, previous jobs, etc..)
Is there any reason you wouldn't be able to follow through with the hours and work you would be assigned?
What single positive attribute would you say sets you apart from the next guy?
What do you know, if anything, about the company already?
