Applied for tbo.com on career portal for Gurgaon office. The HR mentioned 3 rounds initially, first OA mettl. Next round, Ds/Algo, interviewer was friendly and was helpful in approaching the problems. Next round was to check concurrency fundamentals and projects. The HR then contacted and shared the round 2 was not evaluated cause interviewer didn’t know Golang, so they need additional interview for Golang for final review. 4th round the interviewer didn’t join, and rescheduled days later with VP on golang, last about 1.5hrs, it was friendly and VP was knowledgeable. The HR replied with positive response but they cannot roll offer and I need to give another round with new CTO. The CTO seemed to lack interviewing expertise. He was rudely asking very vague questions on my recent work and expected to give answer which he had in mind. The round felt like they needed a reason to reject. Later HR ghosted me, not replying follow up mail, and when i mailed the HR team that i will be withdrawing the application, then they sent rejection mail. Horrible experience, total 6 rounds, the company/colleagues are good but very unorganised ethics.

The newbie guy even not able to communicate properly (poor English speaking) asking questions like competiting with me. He asked random problem related to reasoning puzzle fully unrelated like childless behavior compete with me like able to solve or not.
