      Colloquio

First, there was an assessment round that included a few coding questions and some code snippets. Then came the first technical round, which got postponed by a week because when I joined the meeting, the HR informed me that the interviewer was “busy.” When it finally happened, I was asked questions related to anagrams using HashMaps, finding duplicates in a string using HashMaps, some OOPs concepts, and a few Selenium-related questions — all of which I answered correctly. Then came the second technical round, which again got delayed by another week for the same reason — the interviewer was “busy.” After waiting nearly 3 weeks for the entire interview process, the second round finally happened. But again, the interviewer joined 10 minutes late and then wrapped up the interview in just 10 minutes. He didn’t ask a single question related to my skills or experience — just some vague, generic questions. And then out of nowhere, he said, “I’m done with the interview.” I was shocked. I called the HR immediately to ask what had happened, and he told me he would check with the interviewer. But since then, there’s been complete silence — no response, no follow-up, not even a reason for this unprofessional behavior. I followed up multiple times, but still got no reply. Frankly, this whole process was a mess — extremely disorganized, disrespectful of candidates’ time, and outright unprofessional. I cleared the first round with confidence, answered all coding questions, and still ended up being ghosted without even a proper closure or explanation. If this is how candidates are treated during interviews, I can only imagine what working there must be like.
