The next steps were supposed to include a technical round and a managerial round, focusing on Adobe Illustrator and InDesign skills, along with knowledge of print production processes like CMYK, crop marks, and bleeds. Overall, the communication was clear and the recruiter was very responsive and supportive throughout.

The first round is a phone call screening interview. Followed by that was the Hiring Manager round in-person and the technical round at the company office. If selected the next round was with the team manager and the last one is with a member of the team.
