I got an interview pretty quickly after I sent my application. I was contacted first by email, and then I had a one-hour video conference. Initially, the interviewer appeared disorganized; I had to wait approximately five minutes for them to set up and respond to their emails. Additionally, without prior notice or consent, another individual joined the interview, which added to my stress. Throughout the interview, the lead interviewer frequently interrupted and attended to emails and messages, making me feel disrespected and undervalued. Then, after we finished, the interviewer told me I would receive news in a few days. However, I never received any messages, and it's been months now. It's disappointing and shows a lack of respect for candidates.
