First stage was a questionnaire and case study to be completed at home. I was invited to the office for the second stage that consisted of a numerical and a diagrammatic reasoning test followed by a face-to-face interview.
I arrived at the office on a Friday afternoon and started the tests at 2pm, finishing at 3:30pm. The interviewer was in a meeting at the time so I had to wait until 4pm for the interview to begin.
The interviewer was very rude and unprofessional. She made inappropriate body language such as supporting the head on the hand by resting an elbow on the table. Repeatedly interrupted my answers to move on to the next question. I felt her reactions to me saying something slightly incorrect were excessive. When all the questions were done, she tried to end it there until I pointed out that we still hadn't gone over the case study. She claimed that she "prefers to go over it after the interviewee has left", which is a blatant lie.
I got the impression that she was disinterested from the start and just wanted to wrap this up as quickly as possible so she could go home. If the interviewer that I had is anything to base the work environment at TCP Lifesystems on, I can't recommend this company.
