I applied for a position through LinkedIn and received a request for a phone interview within a week. My first conversation was with Tashina, one of the recruiters, whose friendly and personable approach instantly put me at ease. Rather than feeling like a formal interview, our discussion was more of a conversation about the role, my experience, and expertise in the field. The hiring process took a couple of months, partly due to the holiday season and the local challenges in L.A., including the fires. Despite this, I truly appreciated the team’s consistent communication and updates regarding the role. Tashina facilitated additional interviews with other team members, and every interaction felt warm and welcoming. Instead of stiff interviews, they felt like meaningful career discussions, making the entire process more relaxed and ensuring that both TCW and I were the right fit for each other. Once I received an offer, Tashina was incredibly thorough in outlining the next steps, including benefits, salary, parking, and other essential details. She provided all the necessary information to help me make an informed decision, making the entire experience smooth and well-structured.
