Applied in person. After one week I got a call for a face to face interview. (so basically I skipped the initial phone interview). The interview lasted about 35-45 min. Pretty straightforward question and mostly behavioral. Why TD? tell me about a time you were not successful in selling? strengths and weaknesses? describe the job. are you comfortable with the sales goal? After 3 days I got a call and offered the position. The background check will take about 1 week.
My recommendation: don't waste your time by applying online. get dressed professionally and visit at least 20 branches and drop off your resume in person (if you really want the job).

It was alright nice people they asked lots of questions very solid, to interview was really long and the employees were behind but all in all that was a solid interview. I would definitely recommend the managers and everyone were really nice.
