On site interview. They responded pretty quickly. One thing very bad about them is if you don't get an offer, you will never hear from them again. Not even a curticy email! To be fair, most of the big companies are like that these days. They treated you like we don't want to see you again if we don't hire you. Just so said to see the industry going this direction. I can understand they don't reply to all the applicants but if they at least spend time with someone in an interview, they should at least send a response.

Technical Test, Java fundas and application questions. Manager was jovial, Not too technical, but good evaluation to check if the person could get the work done. 30 min with manager and 1 hour with Senior Tech Lead.
