it was fairly simple. recruiter came to conduct interviews on campus and there were about 10 applicants being selected. there were two rounds of 30 mins interviews. each round consisted of a couple behavioral and technical questions. there are two rounds of interviews which the last round taking place in the head office in toronto.
Applied through agency, got invite for written assessment followed by interview with hiring manager. Written assessment was scenario based questions - they will give a situation and you need to determine what indicators are at play and if there was suspicious activity warranting further review.
