Initial interview was a telephone screen. Two weeks later was called in for a 1:1 interview with the HR director. A very formal interview experience. Still awaiting news regarding the end result.

First contact was with with Recruiter to review qualifications and expectations. then met with hiring manager to discuss role and how my experience relates. Final meeting with business partners. Most questions were Tell me about a time type questions.

It was very pleasant. It didn't take a long time. It was professional but very laid back. I liked the atmosphere and the people as well. It was a nice experience.
