Sent an email telling me to do a work simulation and complete a personality test, was called a day later and a very rude woman spoke down to me that she felt my previous customer service experience was not in a professional enough environment. She also told me she didn't like my answers, and didn't agree with them.

It was alright nice people they asked lots of questions very solid, to interview was really long and the employees were behind but all in all that was a solid interview. I would definitely recommend the managers and everyone were really nice.
