Have to first clear the assessment. Then basic interview, followed by supervisor interview and then result. Might also be there a follow up interview if they feel for the Fourth round.

Difference between customer service and experience
The process was super smooth, it was divided into different parts like behavioral , technical and previous experiences. Also we have to prepare for otl license exam, which company helps you in.
It needed preparation. They asked questions about client experience, how to handle difficult client. Why do you want to work for TD. What are your salary expectations? How would you commute to work and how far you live?
