I got a call to schedule video interview from td hr. After set a date, there were several interviews with seniors and then director of division. And most of time, they were nice and made me comfortable to answer.

I interviewed with three people, one people managers, and two senior designers from the team. Very nice ppl, they will encourage you to keep talking more. The interview lasts about 30 minutes, and HR will contact you almost immediately after the second week.
