Applied online in December 2018. HR reached out in early January.
Completed a phone interview. HR Recruiter was very open and transparent. Provided the expected salary range for job level/grade. Very clear in laying out the process and next steps.
Completed an in person interview with two managers.
Completed an in person interview with the Senior Manager.

It was an internal process with HR first, then short listed for the hiring manager. The HR interview as more behaviour questions. The hiring manager had some specific questions on past experience including project involvement.
