Pretty straight forward interview process, an initial call with the hiring manager, with a secondary interview with the department lead. Both interviewers felt well prepared for the interview. Positive overall experience, however I elected not to take the role.

I just thought it was a typical interview, and every question they asked is just normal question in interview, such as: 1. Why this company? 2. Show my a case for one of yoru sourcing projects? 3. How do you negotiate with vendors? 4. What's the most difficult thing in your daily work?
