Interview is done in person or over zoom with 2-3 managers, personality survey is sent to you email to complete online. Good to brush up on if you have customer service experience

Second round behavior question it is not difficult but tricky you can do it no matter how different background as long as you have study enough fits round is to introduce your self and example of how you face client
It was 1hr interview with behavioral questions

Tell me about your communication skills when responding to an irate customer.
Process was smooth and pretty quick. Interview process was 2 interviews over call, mostly behavioural and situational questions. Took about 2 weeks to get a callback and offer. Pretty easy overall
