Received first round interview in the beginning of October 2015 and am still waiting to hear back regarding a second round. Interview was behavioral style with no technical questions. I spoke with the recruiter over the phone and she was very friendly. The interview was scheduled for about 30 minutes but we ended up speaking for 45 and the recruiter was happy to speak over time. Be sure to have some solid questions prepared for discussion purposes.

Reached out to the head of campus recruitment, they said they would keep me in mind if something came up. Received an email 2 weeks later about an opening, applied but didn't hear anything for another 3 weeks. Hiring manager called me and set up an interview - interview was with a panel of three people in management (sales manager, head of sales, and VP of unit).
