Started with an email confirming availability for an interview. Also a recruiter called and asked about demographic questions. The actual interview with the head of department was very formal and with extensive qualitative and quantitative questions. They focused on experience. A lot of questions about derivatives and overall strategies. It took about an hour to go trough all the questions.

Applied through agency, got invite for written assessment followed by interview with hiring manager. Written assessment was scenario based questions - they will give a situation and you need to determine what indicators are at play and if there was suspicious activity warranting further review.
