The interview is fairly easy. It mostly focused on communication, customer service and sales skills. Also had role play with the hiring manager, which was a bit chanllenging. I was well prepared with the questions

Phone screening with HR first, and then second round with branch manager. Phone screening is about 30 mins, and in person interview for about an hour. All standard questions.the whole process took about two weeks
