Interview was easy, I applied online and then received assessment, I did assessment same day and then got interview setup with hiring manager on Microsoft Teams and got offer within 1 week

There were some scenario based question regarding customer service position
Phone call and then group in person interview. Straight forward process - questions are not hard, just regular customer service interview questions. Once you get an offer, they do background check

Easy - normal customer service questions - They will ask you about your previous work experience and situational questions they will contact you to confirm if you want full time or part time position
