Over the phone panel interview (two people). Was referred by hiring manager (worked with hiring manager in the past). High level questions were asked regarding past work experience. Hiring manager was already familiar with my skills set. Interview was more for the other panel interviewer. Interview style was very casual. Overall, very easy and laidback interview.
