Hr Interview review the pay team and situation based question, about yourself, experience and Education and then with Hiring Manager and minimum of one additional manager. Some team you will get to do a project/assessment

It was HR first mostly behavioral questions only, then you will get an appointment with the hiring manager for a video interview. Two managers will be there for an interview. For me, it was a very short interview less than 20 min and at last, replied that I did not meet their expectations. I was shattered with this experience, They were expecting specialized person for the entry-level job. I had experience of 6 yrs abroad with a commercial bank and narrated all my experience related to job description but it all went in vain. I feel luck and color matters most for selection in job in North America. Skills are secondary....
