The process is limiting - the individual they're looking for has to have many years of banking experience or insurance experience with licenses. You can only apply online, and must have about 1-2 years experience in the field I've mentioned up. The position is a sales heavy job; be prepared to demostrate your abilities to sell.

Tell me about yourself and why you want to be an FSR?
There was only one store manager in the interview. It was an in person interview. Before that, I also went through a phone interview. Overall, their interview was pretty easy.
1st phone, 2nd video call (2 different people), 3rd offer letter, 4th go take pick up pcs, 5th start working. Customer service type of questions. Tell me about yourself. Weaknesses and strengthens
