Unprofessional. Don't apply. Waste of time. They don't keep candidates updated. Make you do an assessment and later cancel 2nd round interview on a short notice. Cant imagine how the work environment is with application process this chaotic.

There was a phone screening, followed by three hour combined writing and language assessment,and then a behavioral interview (1 hour) and a research skills focused interview (1 hour). I received an offer following the final round.
