Job has been posted multiple times in different platforms for WEEKS. I was contacted by one of the recruiters saying my profile looked great and they would love to interview me. I scheduled a call. It was a nice conversation and he explained about the role. He said he believes I was a strong candidate and that "next week" he would contact me with more details for an interview with the end client. 8 days passed, I did not hear anything and decided to kindly ask for an update. I was ignored. In the meantime, this person is still posting the same job every 2,3 days. Getting hundreds of applicants for each post. I went to check and the job has been posted for around 3 months. Everyone from that company is posting the same job opportunity. That candidate has probably not even been born yet.
