Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn to set up a phone call but it was an actual teams meeting. (PLEASE clarify beforehand if it is a virtual meeting or actual phone call. It was basically going over past experiences and information about the company.
Second interview was with the supervisor: Overall an okay experience with basics such as experience and how it applies to the role.
I did not get the job nor did I receive an updates that I did not get the job.
I would suggest their recruiters actually reach out and tell candidates.
