I was referred by a current employee, and I also filled out an application. I was emailed to schedule a phone call. After the phone call, I received another email scheduling an on-site interview. At the on-site interview, I met 4 interviewers back-to-back, for about 4 hours. After the interview, a week later I received an offer.

I applied, scheduled and had a 30-minute phone interview with the recruiter, then a 4-hour on-site interview with various team members through telepresence and in-person. Overall I got a lot of opportunities to ask questions about the job, and meet various people I would eventually be working with.
