I got a phone call from the manager asking me about my research background. He was particularly interested in what I have been doing during my PhD. While I was presenting my work, he continually asked related questions and discussed with me. Finally, he introduced the company and asked me about my interests in the internship.

Short 15-minute interview via zoom/microsoft teams focusing on knowing each other, and site visits and technical interviews included lab technical test. Very chill interview, the interviewers are very friendly and not dominating.
