Colloquio
The interview process consists of one screening phone interview then a 1-on-1 interview with the hiring manager. If the hiring manager likes you, you meet with his/her boss for an hour interview. Besides that there is really nothing much more to it. They do no background checks and I know lots of people who falsified their credentials to get a job at Oceanside. It clearly shows in the aptitude of your co-workers. Don't get me started about drug tests...
Very professional, asked unorthodox questions. The interview was over teams which was nice and convenient. Ultimately compatibility was not there, due to personal interests that did not align. For someone interested in mechanical design I would recommend.

Applied online through Indeed and received a phone call to schedule an interview. I arrived ahead of time and the interview started about 15m late with the manager for the role and one of the engineers. We met in a room where the engineer showed me some of what I would be working on if hired. We did a quick tour of the facility. I went home and received a rejection email about a week later as they were looking for someone with more experience.

I've interviewed with TE connectivity three separate times as a mechanical engineering intern. Twice the day after a career fair day at Penn State and once over the phone. The second time I interviewed with them, I was told I going onto the next round but never heard anything. Pretty standard STAR format behavioral questions as you could guess.
