First interview was a phone screen with an HR personnel. Second interview was with a 'panel' of 3 people. 3rd interview was a business case where they presented 3 problems and asked how would I go about solving it. Then we met to talk about it with the panel. The whole process took about 3 weeks. Interviewers are very friendly and easy going.
