Originally hired through a temp agency, it was a rather painful process. Twice I was early for the interview, but both times there was a scheduling or communication issue and my interviewer never showed. The third time however, I once again called my interviewer from the directory and got the interview and job even though there was once again an issue. Been a great job since, but a very rough first impression.
