Just a little chit chat... Nothing much. You will be asked typical interview questions. Will be asked about past experience. After interview, you will go over the position. Make sure you are informed about the hours that the job requires. Also, ask about the environment. If Its a dusty old warehouse then you may want to reconsider. These research and development pilot plants can take place in an old cheap warehouse.

The interview was extremely unprofessional and scary. It took place in an unmarked building off the freeway. The questions were not science related nor where they geared towards someone who was college educated.
