After applying online I was called by an administrative assistant to complete a short phone interview. After the phone interview the assistant set up an in-person interview with an Account Manager at the company's main office. After the initial in-person interview I was invited back to do a second round interview which was comprised of a half-day visit to shadow several current employees and also conduct another in-person interview with a different Account Manager.
