1 phone interview, then in person interview with job shadow. Phone interview was about an hour and asked semi personal questions, like where else I was interviewing and how much they were offering me. In person interview was strange. They wanted information from high school all the way until now. If they didn't like an answer you give, they will continue to ask it in many different ways until you give an answer they like.

The interview was very straight forward, starting with a phone call with the recruiter to discuss the role. After that, an in-person interview was scheduled. Approximately one hour discussing previous experience, as well as further outlining the role. The interviewers utilized the STAR method of interviewing.

They ask you a lot of behavioral questions to see if you're a good fit, and some minor excel questions. Overall, they seem to be checking more about culture fit as opposed to technical knowledge.
