1. Phone interview with an internal recruiter. About five behavioral questions.
2. Online Excel test. Formulas and Pivot table.
3. Face to face interview with the hiring managers. Also behavioral questions and can be repetitive with the phone interview.
4. Phone interview with indirect managers at HQ. This is more of a chat about your background because at this point you were pretty much hired.

The interview was very straight forward, starting with a phone call with the recruiter to discuss the role. After that, an in-person interview was scheduled. Approximately one hour discussing previous experience, as well as further outlining the role. The interviewers utilized the STAR method of interviewing.

They ask you a lot of behavioral questions to see if you're a good fit, and some minor excel questions. Overall, they seem to be checking more about culture fit as opposed to technical knowledge.
