I was required to fill out the "Harrison work preference work questionnaire". Then the Interview Process started off with a phone interview. Many basic interview questions. The hiring official was very friendly and communicated well. The rejection email was very generic though, so kind of made me question their genuity from the phone interview which I thought was super friendly.

Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
