Met them at a career fair, and they emailed me for a phone interview the following week.
The interviewer asked a lot of personal questions and many about goals, past difficult experiences and where you see yourself in 5 years. They also asked a lot of questions about what motivates you. They also asked a question "are you motivated by money?"
The interviewer wasn't that friendly and didn't really interact or try to sympathize with the answers I was giving.

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.
Okay not difficult but no feedback after waiting to hear back from them. Go through your experience and motivations, what you think a day in recruitment is like, 3 stage process, you will see loads of people

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
