Depends on the manager, it can be a solid conversation if you get a manager who is more on the conversational side of things. More of a personality interview. If you get a manager who digs in to your work experience heavily and asks questions they probably won’t choose you.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
