If that goes well, 3 - 5 30 min interviews with Sr. Office Leaders. These have sometimes been panel interviews or 1:1 interviews. Mine was 1:1. Keep in mind that these folks are professional interviewers and they are looking for you to answers their questions in a certain way. Make sure you research the company and the "art" of interviewing and answering interview questions before you interview with anyone at the company. They will pick up on anything you drop the ball on, so be prepared. I spent 5 days prepping.

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.

Unprofessional. Went through the whole process and was brought into the office for a shadow day and then never heard from them again. Also, the recruiter will call you constantly at random times throughout the process, kind of micromanaging if you ask me.
