Interview process with Teksystems was very great. -- In the very first call, HR gathers all the details from us (not only technical skills or projects we worked on), but also what are our expectations in the long run. They considered both the skills and interest of the employee, in the very first call itself. -- During interview, the interviewers were kind. At the end of the interview, they discussed both the factors, i.e. what are my roles and responsibilities and what learning opportunities and growth i will be getting here. -- Overall, recruiters keep in touch during the whole process, takes feedback, understands our expectations and try to meet it. -- The whole process took around 7-10 days. -- In this whole process, I found a healthy environment with teksystem. -- During the interview, total 5 steps were followed: 1) Online test 2) Technical round 3) Techno-managerial round 4) Client interaction 5) Hr round/Salary discussion
