It was easy and had three round of interview process with manager and two round with other recruiter that was scheduled later after these rounds were done and it was a very smooth process

Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
