I sent out a resume, TEK gave me a call within a week and we scheduled an interview. The interview started with a one on one with the executive acount manager who was very friendly. The interview was not at all behavioral, he more or less wanted to get to know me and figure out if I would fit in with the rest of the group. No difficult or unexpected questions, a very conversational interview. After the 1 on 1 I was passed around in the office and I spoke with other recruiters who all seemed very happy to talk to me. I interviewed on a Wednesday. By Thursday TEK contacted me, expressed their interest and told me to think about it over the weekend. By Tuesday the offer was in hand.

first there was a phone interview with a regional manager going over broad behavioral questions and asking why you are interested with the company. then i had an interview at the office which lasted around an hour, again going over behavioral and sales questions.
