Recruiter reached out to me about opportunity and described the role, let me know that if I accepted they would send my Resume off to client and client will pick candidates to be interviewed. It was a one on one with hiring manager and then would hear back from client through Recruiter with interview feedback.. Recruiter prepped with mock interview to better prepare for questions and take away some of the nerves beforehand.. Thoroughly enjoyed the process and honestly enjoyed the opportunity given from recruiters even though I didn't have a Bachelor's but experience to compensate(not experience in this role but crossing paths..) All other similar roles from different staffing agencies immediately declined me for not having a Bachelor's..
