Was given a technical assessment. After passing, I moved on to a screen call. Even after submitting my resume before, I was asked by the recruiter to submit my resume. So far, seems like they don't look at your resume before handing out the assessment.
During the screen call, the recruiter must've spend half of the time asking why I can relocate, why I want to relocate, why my family is ok with me relocating, why I am ok with a lower salary (even though he never wanted to reveal what the salary is, only it's going to be lower), why don't I want to work in my own country, and so on. A lot of these irrelevant questions came with more "why" follow ups. All the while he seems distracted and doing something else.
Also, it became apparent that he didn't look at my resume before the call since for the rest of the call, I was asked quite a few questions that can be answered if he looked at my resume.
Overall, the process seems pretty lazy, not organized and unprofessional. Would not recommend, it's just a waste of time seeing how they seem to like asking irrelevant questions, don't bother to look at your resume beforehand, and ask you to take a 2 hour assessment.
