Interview was quick, lasted about ten minutes. the interviewer focus on my work experience, job responsibilites, skills as Customer Service Specialist. Interviewer then scheduled an orientation session for me.

It starts with a call, around 30m to know a bit about you background e tell about the position;
With you go well You’ll revive a link to do 2 online exams (technical and language);
If pass through it there is another interview (technical) with the recruiter and a manager.
