Probably, saving their cost by hiring exprienced professionals staff and offering them part time to save cost on full time employee.

Very thorough - well thought out interview. interviewer was nice and experienced, pretty standard interview questions all around. there was also the ability to converse about the job and the responsibilities during and after the interview.
