Pretty lame, stupid questions. Get hired on only if they like the person, the test they give for technical support positions appeared to be written by someone in grade 3 with little knowledge but as I found out that's how they fill the seats here and give jobs offshore that should go to Canadians.

They will let you register online in one of their pc. And take an online exam. Its easy so you dont have to worry you just have to be a computer literate. And after that if you pass u will get an phone interview a behavioral interview. Tjey will be straightforward to you after the phone interview and give some advice why you didn't pass and the one advice that I recieved was to sell myself more. So after that interview I applied it in other companies and Im doing good now :) thanks to telus~

A lot of BAR format questions (Tell me of a time). 1st interview was on the phone. then Skill testing assessment done before being selected for 2nd interview. Testing takes about 1 hour.
