Phone interview with HR and next day, I got an invitation for online interview. Online interview with 2 managers. I think there are about 5 questions. Immediately after the online interview, I got a call from HR and was offered a job verbally. Then next day, actual written offer.

Q. Describe that time when you did something above your job description
It was stressful .I don’t expected but it was in 2 languages. There were a lot of questions. The annoying thing for me was that it was switching from one language to another.

Brief phone interview. Asked about previous experience. And they judge your phone speaking ability. It’s abit too brief and the conversation from the interviewer is very scripted. Maybe it would be better to have an opportunity for a face to face interview.
